I was wondering how to tuning PID in herelink because I can’t see Tuning tab in QGroundcontrol. My setup is a 1000mm quadcopter with Arducopter 4.0.1.
If it is not possible, how I can do it?

Connecting your HL to MP on your commputer using the HL share connection. Look for the HL WiFi network, and the on MP use the UDP option.
