Herelink Registration Key after factory reset

Hello,

I recently acquired an older herelink set. Solex was not updating and the recommendation here on the forums was a factory reset. However, i did not realize i needed a registration key and I cannot find the one that came with this controller. It is nowhere in the box or on the controller.

I’m not sure who the original retailer was and have no way to determine who that was.

The controller unit model and SN are: HX4-06075 and HX4060750000243

I’m experiencing the same issue after performing a factory reset on my Herelink (model HX4-06075). The system is now asking for a Product Key during the registration process.

Could you please help me register the device?

Hi, could you please confirm where you bought the device from? could you please pm me the sales invoice to validate the device and that would be better.
