Hi everyone,
The locking pins for one of the 2 RF connections on our HereLink has come out, I’m not really sure how this happened or even physically possible. This also must have happened in the field as we cant find the missing part in the workshop anywhere. Due to this only one of the two antennas can now be secured. We got it quite recently and have only used it a few times so far and I imagine these connectors are rated for many connect/disconnect cycles.
Does anyone have any advice on who to contact to get this fixed or if there is any way we could fix this on our end?
