I have bought a Herelink from seller. While I was testing it I found that the top left scroller is not working properly so I have contacted the seller he said that it can be repaired but can’t be replaced because we have activated the Herelink. Without activating it how can I check if it’s working properly or not?
If anyone knows whom should I contact directly for a replacement. Please let me know.

Did you calibrate your controller?
Yes, I calibrate the controller successfully and I am sure that I did it correctly as I am not the new user of it.

uncheck "wheel acc " which is located below in the same menu . Also you don’t have to feather touch the scroll rather hard touch and scroll like a ordinary computer mouse !!
