Herelink update and pairing error

I bought a herelink setup a few days back. I’m trying to pair the device with Air unit. i followed the same steps as per official site.
The update flasher_win.exe just open and closes quickly. Show some errors in .py files and Usb error.
Can anyone explain how to resolve this issue?
I also tried updating the driver as per mentioned but it shows device already has latest drivers.

Hi, this worked for me:

Herelink new system update

Get the driver from here: Get the freeware Tool “DriverStoreManager”. You will find it via Google. Install the driver by using this tool. Not entirely sure but from your screenshot I would assume that the missing driver is the problem. You may give it a try.

Sven’s method should work in most of the case.
In case it doesn’t work on yours, open the flasher with console. So that we can see the error message and look what’s going on.

It worked for me. I did it through UBUNTU.
It was just two commands that I’ve to run there.
