Herelink V1.1 back screen is on with a dim lighgt but can see anything

I have a Herelink Controller Unit (V1.1) that requires a hardware servicing. The backlight turns on, but the display remains completely black. I have already opened the casing to verify the internal display ribbon cable is fully seated, and testing Fastboot mode (Power + D) displays no text, confirming a broken LCD panel.

I do not have the original purchase invoice for this unit..
