I have a Herelink V1.1 and I am having problems with the registration/activation.
When I try to register or activate the device, I cannot connect to the server.
Here are the device details:
Model: Herelink V1.1
Serial Number: HX4060759800787
Product Key: UA4A-Z2Y4-USJE-UUUD
Build Number: N2G47J test-keys
OEM Build Number: BRU01211104
Could you please check whether this Product Key and Serial Number are correctly registered in your system?
I would also like to know whether the “test-keys” build could be the reason why I cannot connect to the server or complete the activation.
Could you please advise me how I can resolve this issue and, if necessary, install the correct official firmware/build?
