Hotspot error

In Tethering & portable hotspot the Portable Wifi Hotspot is showing the word “error” underneath and cannot connect my laptop to use Mission Planner.

Also, the system update doesnt work, after about 80% of downloading the update the app crashes and the controller turns off.
And Bluetooth doesnt work either, the settings app crashes when trying to turn it on

What can we do to fix this?? Please help!!

Can you please repeat this error and sharea video or picture(error after app crash) ?
May I know the firmware and hardware version of your controller?

I had this error with the hotspot as well. Re flashing the firmware fixed it, but didn’t resolve the shutting down issue I had been having.
