How to override altitude when auto mode?

Hi,
I’m trying to find how to override altitude control (pitch and roll too if possible) when do auto mission.
can’t find parameter related to this

I’m running cube orange with arducopter 4.1 firmware.

I need to do small adjustments when do mission.

There is no way to.

During the mission the pilot’s roll, pitch and throttle inputs are ignored but the yaw can be overridden with the yaw stick.
