ICE_ENABLE , ICE_OPTION set bit 2, the throttle did not working

We meet an issue of that when using gasoline engine on arduplane on Cube Orange Plus with 4.3.x Version firmware.
When we set ICE_ENABLE , ICE_OPTION set bit 2, the throttle did not working.

If we using 4.2.3 Version firmware, set ICE_ENABLE , ICE_OPTION set bit 2, the throttle working normally.
But Cube Orange Plus can not load 4.2.3 Version firmware as stable.

@droneassemble have you counter checked the arming requirement parameters in 4.3.x. Seems like ICE_options parameter is now linked with arming requirement parameter in new firmware
