I’ve built 3–4 drones using the Cube Blue flight controller with the Kore carrier board, all running PX4. The parameter configurations are identical across all units.
However, I’ve encountered an issue with two of the drones where the SD card appeared empty after flights, no log files were recorded at all. The other drones, with the same setup and parameters, recorded logs without any problems.
Interestingly, after physically removing and reinserting the SD card, logging resumed and the system began saving log files again. This leads me to believe the issue is related to SD card initialization or detection during boot.
Since flight logs are critical for my development and diagnostics, I’m looking to understand the root cause of this issue so I can prevent it from happening again.
Has anyone else experienced similar behavior with Cube Blue or the Kore board? Are there known issues or best practices regarding SD card compatibility, formatting, or initialization that I should follow?
