IR-LOCK not responding at lost shipping

I don’t know if this is the place to make this post, but I’m running out of options.

More than two months ago I made an international purchase of more than a thousand dollars in IR-LOCK, but the shipping company apparently misplaced the package, the only one who can file a claim is the shipper, but I do not receive any response to my emails sent to IR-LOCK.
Any idea?
