Large Payload Quadcopter Unstable

Hi all,
I just tried my first payload quadcopter build using a 960mm frame (jis m40) with the hobbywing x6se propulsion system and 6S battery. I’m attaching the flight log from qgc here : https://review.px4.io/plot_app?log=5263e494-9872-4aa9-b85f-572f80dd1c8d

The quad took off ok (under altitude mode) and then when I put in a little bit of roll input on my siyi mk15 controller it oscillated once or twice and violently crashed. I’m new to this and still trying to learn how to understand the crash log. Any help would be much appreciated!
