Mission planner connecting Mavlink error

i am trying to connect my rtk module which is Here+ RTK Base to Mission planer by the menu on right top but when i try to connect it first says

right after this time finishes

but when i try to connect it in U-center 2 it allows me and works perfect
but i need to use this application because in u-center 2 i couldn’t train it because it says my rtk deosn’t support time mode so i should do it in this app

i tried every baund rate and it didn’t worked out too

by the way my error is

Can not establish a connection

No Mavlink Heartbeat Packets where read from this port - Verify Baud Rate and setup
Mission Planner waits for 2 valid heartbeat packets before connecting

The one you’re using is for connect the flight controller. Please follow these steps to connect to mission planner and make sure the devices are all upgraded properly.
