Need to know which parameter to be used to limit the MAX Altitude and Max Horizontal Distance

Need to know which parameter to be used to limit the MAX Altitude and Max Horizontal Distance from the take of point. We need to fix the maximum altitude and maximum horizontal distance. Purpose is even without using failsafe if some one tries to go beyond the set limit drone should not go.

I am sorry to bother you, But I failed to know from other sources so I am approaching you. My query is ;
is there a way to use Inclusion and Exclusion Fences as a parameter input given in param file predefined for a drone as we predefine max altitude.

if yes please provide any reference.
