No parameter download at startup with QGC on herelink controller ( no loss rates 0%, MavLink Status)!
Parameter download works well on Windows 11 PC with QGC or Mission Planner wlan connected to herelink controller.
I tried several firmware updates and methods.
Could you help me?

Uplink Rate 10-40 kbps
Controller signal strength: M-74 dbm, S-67 dbm
Air signal strength: M-75 dbm, S-70 dbm
I paired the herelink controller with the air-unit 1.0. The rc station works well, arming with herelink controller-button and controlling with joysticks are working. Parameterization with pc, windows 11 works.
Just the parameter download and therefore parameterization with herelink controller (android) doesn’t work.
I tried several software versions.for mission planner and qgroundcontrol on the herelink controller. Current QGC version 4.0.8. But the newest QGC version 4.3.0 (download stops at 50%, green indication) or MP 1.3.75.1 doesn’t work either.
Windows PC works well with MP 1.3.81 and QGC 4.3.0.

Mission planner works well on windows 11, wlan connected UDPCL Port 14552.
QGroundControl does not download the parameters on windows 11 (v4.3.0, download stop at 50%), wlan connected UDP Port 14551 or 14552. It works well only connected by usb, COM 4.

the first 50% goes quickly and then it stops (v. 4.3.0). With v. 4.0.8, there is no green bar, and sometimes it works after several minutes.
Occasionally, QGC runs on the Herelink controller. If I disconnect/connect the power source to my multicopter and then start the parameter download on the Windows PC Mission Planner, the download on the Android Herelink controller starts as well. Why???
Nonetheless, a parameter download on herelink controller should also work without Wi-Fi.

When you mean parameters download , Are you saying that once the Herelink is powered up, the initial parameters downloading gets to 50% and then stops !! This happens on Herelink or Windows 11 or both ?
Also are you on the same network ? Both Herelink and PC must be on same network .
Also are you using wired and wireless network connections simultaneously. In this case remove the wired LAN and try again .
Do you have mission planner and QGC installed on Herelink ?

the parameter download stops at 50% on both the Android Herelink and a PC running Windows 11 with QGroundControl. Mission Planner works on the PC with Windows 11. Mission Planner on the Android Herelink does not work due to other problems.
Both devices are on the same WLAN network, not wired. How can I build a WLAN connection to the air unit 1.0 using a different WLAN network?
The new update on the Herelink controller installs QGroundControl 4.0.8 and Mission Planner 1.3.75 automatically.
On the PC, when connected via WLAN:
Mission Planner works, but QGroundControl does not.
When connected via USB, both software work.

Can you turn ON the hot spot in Herelink radio and connect your PC via Wifi to Herelink hotspot and then try QGC on Herelink and PC .

enabled Wifi hot spot: same results: Mission Planner works on PC, GGC not. On herelink controller both software don’t work.

Ok…finally something is working well.
If any further issues turn up, just delete mission planner from both herelink and computer. Use one GCS at a time. Possibility that mission planner conflicts with QGC

i stopped mission planner. How to uninstall com.michaeloborne.MissionPlanner? .\adb uninstall does not work.

I found the issue. Mavlink Signing was enabled. Since disabling it, parameter download works on the Herelink controller with QGC.
