Orange Cube Flight Controller booting & Heartbeat not received from FC Side

we are not received the heartbeat from the orange cube flight controller & also boot not happed in the flight controller , how can we resolve this issues

  • Is your cube brand new or has this occurred in the middle of ongoing work.
  • Did you do something since the last time it worked? Firmware change, hardware intervention…?
  • What’s making you say you’re not receiving HB? Are you connected via usb or telemetry?
  • Are the led’s turning on?
  • Do you have the tools to check if the cube is pulling any current when given a power source?

  • How did the Ardupilot firmware update complete? Did it stop in the middle or did it tell you that the uploads done?
  • Can you try to upload firmware again?
  • What colour and pattern do you see from the LED’s?
