Orange cube in orange low battery mode

I have an brand new Cube Orange + Standard Set with ADS-B Carrier Board.

It wont start up on any power source. It turns on and goes straight to orange light for about 20 sec then just goes dark.

full battery in both power 1 or 2… tried with 3 diffrent USB cables and 3 diffrent laptops. same result, also wont show up on laptop to let me install firmware.

what wrong ?

the driver installed on your laptop needs to be replaced

Hard to say. Sounds like it is not powering up fully and is stuck in the bootloader. Is there a com port that shows up in the device manager?
