I have several HereLinks. They are all v1.0. The firmware has been updated on both the hand unit and the air unit, to the latest version and they communicate.
However, I have set up the UAV via Mission Planner (latest Version), as it is easier to do compared to using QGCS on the hand unit. The Cube Orange also has the latest stable copter firmware.
When I connect to the HereLink hand unit, I get the following message:
“Parameters are missing from firmware. You may be running a version of firmware QGCS does not work correctly with, or your firmware has a bug in it: Missing params: 1:MNT_RC_IN_ROLL, 1:MNT_RC_IN_PAN, 1:MNT_RC_IN_TILT”
So, since the cube is running the latest stable version of copter, and both HereLink hand and air unit, are also on the latest versions and communicating properly, I would deduct that this is an issue with QGCS.
Is there a way to update the HereLink version of QGCS, to a newer or latest version?
If not, is there a way to manually add parameters to the PARAM file?
