Press the safety switch then am not armed but throttle motor was rotating automatically rotating

hi
am updated firmware on pixhawk cube black (arduplane 3.9.9). then after I want check the control surfaces are working or not so I pressed safety switch .then the throttle motor was automatically rotating . what is the problem .
please help me

Unless you have it setup to require arming, this is expected

actually inside the gps module switch is there . the switch showing I2C and CAN port so I changed to I2C port the green led is showing .my problem is solved
