Product key no longer works

I just tried upgrading my firmware to my Herelink remote unit following all the instructions online. However, once I get to the product registration screen it say’s it cannot register my product. The product key worked the first time I upgraded last year, however it seems to no longer work. I am connected to a stable 5G network and date and time are correct.

Any solution?

The key will not expire over time. If you had successfully registered on a unit, it should work on that unit forever.

Make sure that time and date are set correctrly. I had same issues when time and data was incorrect
