Range of Here Flow - 200 cm or 300 cm - conflicting docs

The CubePilot wiki shows the max range of the Here Flow is 2 meters.

The ArduPilot wiki shows the max range of the HereFlow is 3 meters.

What is the correct setting of the RNGFND1_MAX_CM parameter?
