Repeater for complex indoor use

Hi,

I would like a way to extend the range for complex indoor situations, such as the vehicle being in a tunnel underground. Is there a way to wirelessly add a repeater? Is it simply wifi?

Herelink system does not use wifi. It uses LTE and overlapped part of the wifi band.
