Hi Craig, hope all is well. Question, I am trying to replace our Herelink controller battery and seem to be having issues getting the unit to separate/open to replace the battery. I have removed 6 small screws, 2 in the back of the controller and 4 screws 2 on the left and right side of the front of the controller after removing the plastic grip handles. Wondering if you can give me some guidance to be able to replace the controller battery, let me know thank you

After you get the Herelink opened, gently remove the battery plug, then you can remove the battery by pulling it gently. The battery is attached with a double sided adhesive foam. (foam will not survive from the operation, you will have to replace it)
Is your Herelink unit a V1.0 or V1.1 ?
V1.0 batteries are unfortunately no longer available.
