I am using a Holybro X500v2 as a test platform. I have installed a HereLink system, which initially worked well. The system consists of the following products from your company.
HereLink ControllerUnit 1.1:
Model: HX4-06211
SN: HX4062116402007
IC: 28424-HX406211
CCAN24LP1150T6
Current Firmware: RU01260331
Android: 7.1.2
HereLink Air Unit 1.1 :
Model: HX4-06210
IC: 28797-HX4406210
FCC ID: 2A7W3-HX406210
CMIIT ID: 2022DJ20500
Current Firmware: AU01260317
Due to Wi-Fi issues (network) with the HereLink Controller Unit, it was completely reset to factory settings.
After reinitializing the HC and performing a subsequent system update, I could no longer establish a connection between the HereLink Controller Unit and the HereLink Air Unit, although the HereLink Settings app still shows “paired.” I’m assuming this is a mismatch for now.
After the restore, the hand controller is on firmware version FRU01260324, and after the subsequent system update, it is on RU01260331.
If problems arise, it’s recommended to perform an update via the flasher. I’ve done this several times now and have successfully flashed FRU01260324 for the HC and AU01260317 for the Air Unit using the flasher each time.
Unfortunately, I can’t test this firmware combination because the HereLink Controller Unit requests an update and then updates to RU01260331. However, this new combination doesn’t work.
Can you help me get my HereLink Controller Unit to communicate with the HereLink Air Unit again?
Best regards Nico
