Right throttle settings in Solex, throttel center zero

I wanted to ask how i have to set this?
Throttle Center Zero: yes or no?
I use Arducopter as the Octo Quad X configuration.

This is for ardu plane ! With a plane you need a « zéro throttle position . So not for you !
