Smart RTL Srtl

I want to disable smart RTL both onboard and the messaging I am getting in MP.

Is this possible? We will never want smart RTL and really don’t want to see a message that the buffer is over run.

Set SRTL_POINTS to zero

It will disable the Smart RTL feature.
