Support for Herelink Device

Hi, my University Team recently acquired an old Herelink Controller and an Air Unit from our department which was previously purchased quite some time ago.

I’ve been asking around but couldn’t get contact with the original person who bought the device. So I have no idea which reseller it was purchased from and this no idea of the Product Key.

We’re tasked with getting it back into service for our future projects so I was wondering if it’s possible for me to ask for the Product Key from the CubePilot side.
