System update - downloads update up to 20%, reboots and then I still have to do the updatea

Good day,

I am trying to update my Herelink device. I followed the Flash steps on windows.

Open the system updates, registered the device and clicked on Update system.

The new version starts downloading, while the download screen is on 20% the device reboots. After it rebooted, the update is not installed and I have to start over. And the process repeats.

Any advice?

I did a factory reset. it works now
