Hi, i have combination of MN4014 330KV with T motor alpha 40A LV ESC. If I use the datalink the motor listed above isnot there. Only the 400KV one. Will it cause probl to use this profile togheter with Arducopter?

Best to ask that on the Arducopter forum.
I doubt it will make any difference since motors are just coils of wires and the datalink probably can not tell what motor you have. I think the ESC just outputs an eRPM and no details about the motor.
