We have a problem with your product
Yesterday our test pilot had overheating issues with GCS and we observed that the Ground Unit wasn’t updated (thinking this might solve the issue). I tried to update the Ground Unit but it was unsuccessfully (OEM Build no ARU01220804) and now when I go to update the device it requires me to register but the “Cannot register your device” (the time is correct btw) started to appear. the key is correct from the back of the device. We are worried that this problem will occur on other devices as well. What is the solution for this problem and for the overheating problem as well?
I tried the hotspot, didn’t worked.
We are connect it to the 5.8g router

Hi, could you please provide the SN of the device and the android number via Settings->System->About Phone->Model->Serial number as well, thanks.
