I am trying to connect a skytraq GPS and or Trimble GPS to the Cube. I finally got the mission planner to get a signal from the gps but it is still not working right.
Here is what I have done:
Connected wires from GPS1 port to the receiver com 1 port - power, ground, rx1& tx1.
Now I am left with 3 compass wires to the GPS1 port. One is a ground the other 2 I do not know what to do with.
Mission planer shows red EMK and No GPS fix but It does not say no GPS now.
I can adjust the Baud rates, NMEA & Binary messages from the GPS.
Does any one know what these settings and messages need to be to work? Or what to do with the compass wires?
