We have a backup hex with a Herelink that was working perfectly a couple of weeks ago. Pulled it out to fly it and the Solex app will no longer display the camera video, now says video not supported. App is latest version and nothing has changed with the ship. I can pull up QGC on the Herelink and video works perfectly.
Anybody have ideas? Is there a way to reinstall the Solex app?

I have the same problem, HDMI 1 works with QGC but not Solex. GoPro Hero 12 with media mount, HereLink 1.1 with the latest Solex 1.3.8. Tried clearing memory and cash, rebooted and I get a message about Solo, but I’m not using a Solo.
Paul, I have a couple of Herelinks that have done the same thing as I described above. Unfortunately, as you can see on this thread, I’ve received zero support from Cube on this matter…
Mine is the other way around. It works on HDMI 1 and but i never saw the video working on HDMI 2 !! …but if we use the first firmware version on the Herelink , both video outputs work !!…

I’m beginning to think that CubePilot support has disappeared.
A little research shows that while most CubePilot products are NDAA-compliant the HereLink is assembled in China so it is not compliant. This may explane why HereLink support is so weak.
