There are some posts already regarding this but there is no consensus or exact rating given. Please, does anyone know?

Well each pin is rated at 3amps. You could double-up the pins where you connect a BEC, using 2 for +volts and 2 for 0volts. You’d still be limited to about 3 amps per servo.
I would say if you plan on catering for more than very basic requirments, then you should probably implement something external to the Cube carrier, only using the signal pins from the Cube.
