Wobble and potential trust loss

@Michael_Oborne @Michael_Lee
drone confriquration: hexacopter frame size 850 mm
motors: t motor {501s 240kv +15 inch propeller+40amp esc}
battery 16000mAh
pixhawk kore board with pixhawk orange cube
i am facing wobble problem and when i keep on flying drone after sometime potential trust loss error status appear.
kindly help me with this enclosing log files of flight/

I suspect that 240kv is too low for 15inch props. I’ll research this a bit, but continue with everything else here.
EDIT:
ecalc says you have about a 1.6:1 thrust to weight ratio at best, before you add any payload. This is not suitable and any wind could give you serious trouble, yaw and ascents will give you trouble.
You would need to change to the MN501 300kv motors.

That log is no use, the copter is not flying.

First connect to MissionPlanner / Setup / Mandatory / Initial Parameters
Enter your prop size and battery cell count, also select “Suggested settings”
then press Calculate and accept everything it offers.

Second set these parameters

ATC_INPUT_TC,0.2
ATC_RAT_PIT_D,0.003
ATC_RAT_PIT_I,0.100
ATC_RAT_PIT_P,0.100
ATC_RAT_RLL_D,0.003
ATC_RAT_RLL_I,0.100
ATC_RAT_RLL_P,0.100
BRD_BOOT_DELAY,3000
INS_ACCEL_FILTER,10
INS_HNTCH_ENABLE,1 // set this then refresh params to see the rest
INS_HNTCH_MODE,1
INS_HNTCH_REF,0.2
INS_HNTCH_FREQ,60
INS_HNTCH_BW,30
INS_HNTCH_FM_RAT,0.7
INS_LOG_BAT_MASK,1
INS_LOG_BAT_OPT,4
MOT_PWM_MIN,1100
MOT_PWM_MAX,1940
MOT_THST_EXPO,0.4

Now just use Stabilise mode to launch and hover, if there is reasonable stability then you can switch to AltHold mode for a while and just do some gentle movements.
Send that .bin log!
Later you can use Loiter when tuning is better.

ACCORDING TO CHART OF T-MOTOR IT IS SUGGESTED TO USE EITHER 15 INCH OR 14 INCH PROPELLERS

The T-Motor motor and prop tables can be taken as advertising rather actual flight data.
You will get much more true-to-life data from ecalc

Even though I have provided a whole lot of parameters to set, that should help with flyability - it wont make up for a lack of thrust if you add a payload, or encounter strong winds.

[I have 16 inch propeller should i use them.

what is meant by airscrew size does is it propeller diameter or radius

Diameter is airscrew size

I wouldn’t blame T-Motor on this one - they say to run this setup of motor/prop at 12S (48V) but the user is running at 6s.

At 6s T-Motor recommends a 22" propeller.

Yes, good points - thanks

your motors are running at high RC output mean that not producing sufficient thrust. Can be caused by improper propulsion setup bcs 15inch at 240KV at 6S is not sufficient. The drone is running to max outputs and there is no control margin. Besides that you have your drone not balanced correctly or you have not set correctly to water line all 4 motors.
