Wrong Altitude shown on Mission Planner issue

TS100 Mini GPS gives wrong altitude values (data screen) . We changed this parameters ;
SERIAL3_PROTOCOL : 5 to -1
GPS_TYPE : 1
GPS_TYPE2: 0
GPS_AUTOSWITCH : 1 to 0
GPS_PRIMARY : 1 to 0

please answer me

Some logs would be good, but what exactly do you mean? GPS altitude and barometric altitude are two different things?
