The power brick cable supplied in a new and sealed Pixhawk 2 package has the wrong connector on the power brick end! - How do I get the correct cable or the correct power brick?
This cable is meant to be used with the old 3DR power module. There should be another cable in the package that fits the power brick.

There isn’t. It’s the only cable with an end suitable for the power connection on the base unit.
Would appear that power2 cable is missing from the pack.
