HERE 4 GPS Not Detecting Satellites

We are facing an issue with our HERE 4 GPS module, where it is not detecting any satellites or showing any satellite count.

As part of our troubleshooting, we have updated the bootloader using ST-Link and STM32 firmware. However, even after these updates, the GPS is still not detecting any satellites.

We have also verified all the parameters and configurations, and they appear to be correct. We are using the same parameters with other GPS units, and they are working without any issues.

Could you please help us investigate this issue and suggest any possible troubleshooting steps or checks that we can perform to identify the root cause?

You probably have multiple configuration errors and it is ridiculous that you updated the bootloader in an attempt to communicate with the GPS. Who knows how badly it is messed up now..

Try connecting to u-center and reset the Here4’s configuration (Device Configuration → View more actions → Clear configuration values).
