We have recently switched to Here4 from Here3+. Initially Here4 seems much quicker to get satellites and usually consistently sees between 30 to 32 sats at our test location. However we have recently noticed that Here4 occasionally has glitches where it seems to initially loose satellites and then very briefly sat count drops to 0 and then comes back up to near 30.
Its difficult to reproduce this issue as it happens occasionally and even when it happens, we have it randomly on one flight during the day where most other flights are without any issue.
Here is a screenshot from the flight log where this happened.
There is no fluctuation in board voltage when this happens.
We are using CubeOrangePlus (newer version) with Ardupilot 4.5.2. Also, we never had any issues on here3+ on the same drone and same location.
I came across another topic where something similar was discussed:

So at this time this feels like a firmware issue of here4, but If anyone has an idea why this is happening or if there is already a fix to this, let me know please. Also let me know if I can share any additional data to help debug this.
Hi @kunal71091 can you share the logs. Also there have been few minor releases of 1.14 as well, so to make sure that you are on latest firmware do update through Mission Planner online update method (Follow the instructions in Here4 docs Here 4 Manual | CubePilot).
I will try and update it soon. The issue is that this happens randomly, and its hard to reproduce. Do you have any clue what might be the issue? Could it be an issue from the autopilot side by any chance? We are using the newer Cube Orange Plus (grainy texture) with Arducopter 4.5.2 .
@sidbh I checked the firnware version and I think we were already at the latest. Attaching the screenshot here for your reference. Is there another version after 1.14.D42D3330 ?
