Here4 - need help identifying burned 6-pin chip

Hi everyone,

I recently had a short circuit on my Here4 GPS module. For less than a second, pin 1 of the connector received the battery voltage directly, bypassing normal regulation.

As a result, a small chip on the board burned out visibly (photo attached). The damaged component is a 6-pin package, roughly 2x2mm (looks like SOT-23-6 or a similarly sized DFN-6).

Could someone help me confirm exactly which component this is (part number/manufacturer), so I can determine whether it’s a CAN transceiver or a protection device, and whether the rest of the module (GNSS, IMU, compass, MCU) is likely to be undamaged?

Happy to provide more photos or details (unit version, firmware, etc.) if needed.

Thanks in advance!
