Attempting to follow the Here 4 Manual - CubePilot for upgrading from the Here3 to the Here4 but can’t get the Here4 to show up in the DroneCAN list, which means I can’t actually do a firmware update. In the picture attached, it looks like Mission Planner can see that something is plugged in but it doesn’t know what it is. MP sees GPS on startup, then drops all the satellites after a few seconds.
Does this problem have anything to do with the fact that only one of the two 4-pin connectors is plugged into the board? Documentation seemed to indicate that only one of them should be plugged in (green blue white gray). I’m using a Blue Cube H7 if that makes a difference.
