I am using Herelink transmitter model HX4-06075 with serial no. HX4060750600003. It was pairing to air unit but qgroundcontrol was not able to download the parameters. Something like in this thread - Downloading Parameters Consistently Failing
Someone suggested to factory reset the device which helps. After factory reset now the device is asking for product key. I bought this device from one startup which is closed now. Not able to get into touch with them. Please help me to get the product key for the device.

There should be a sticker on the backside of the RC …

Yes it is there but no product key mentioned. Following things are mentioned-
Model, IC, FCC ID, CMIIT ID,RATING.
Please check if any of this is relevant which can help me get the product key

Sorry, I don’t know that. I just looked up the product key on my own RC.

Post the android serial serial number out of the android settings

Android serial no.s for my two devices are as follows-

  1. 3cec25e9
  2. 6254988f

Please help me with the product keys.

I am facing a similar issue that I don’t have the key anymore for my device but it suddenly required it again. Could you also help me out with this? I can sent you the serial nr via DM
