I’m reaching out regarding an issue we faced with the Here4 GPS unit.
During a recent flight, we received a “GPS Glitch” / “Compass Error” message mid-flight, which forced us to land immediately for safety. We are unsure what caused the problem. The flight area was clear, with no nearby interference sources.
Before takeoff, the GPS appeared healthy with 23 satellites locked and an HDOP of 0.6, and we were flying in Loiter mode when the error occurred.
