Here 3 fault out of the box

I recently purchased Here 3 GPS. I have done all the changes mentioned in the Docs but the gps leds are not changing nor it gets connected to the cube orange. The reseller confirmed that the gps is faulty out of the box. so how do i get the replacement now??

it is also not detected through can port from the below screen through cube orange.

from this post i can confirm the issues are with here 3 and how do i initiate the RMA?

Damn… they dont even reply about these bunk here3s? Gonna tell everyone i know to avoid this brick
